Thank you Aman. Okay, okay. So Sierra, how does the transition into fall affect your overall health or daily routine? What I mean is, do the shorter days, cooler weather or return to routine bring specific changes for you? I would say yes, because I feel like that is the time where you become more busy and you're more susceptible to colds and illnesses and stuff like that. And for me, I know that when the weather is changing, I tend to fall ill to that. So I'm one of those people that like to prep, I like to get all of my medicines, I'd like to start a multivitamin or something of that nature to help get my immune system going and stronger for that transition. Getting stronger for that transition, absolutely. It makes a lot of sense. Now, are there any particular challenges that tend to arise for you during the fall months and how do you usually respond to those? I guess the challenge will be to get enough rest because you do become busier with school and work and all those things and so trying to get your footing with being on a routine that is consistent and being able to incorporate rest or self-care within that busy transition. And so my approach to that is to kind of create a schedule to help me plug in those moments where I do need some self-care or some time of rest. So, plugging in to the moments for self-care and rest. Thank you very much. So, my next question is, do you find yourselves preparing physically or mentally for the colder months ahead? And what does that look like for you? I don't really have major preparation besides, like I said, I mentioned getting vitamins and those things to help build up my immune system, but I think that's pretty much it. Just trying to, I would say maintaining my regular diet, of course, but just incorporating supplements to help me transition through that change from summer to fall. you
