Okay, and on that note, do you find yourself preparing physically or mentally for the colder months ahead? And what does that look like for you? Yeah, I think physically, like just making sure that we stock up on, you know, some medicines, paracetamol, that sort of thing. Definitely find the kids getting sick more often as well with colds and coughs and things like that. But I don't think there's anything in particular that I would prepare for, in terms of winter months, just making sure that mentally I have accepted the fact that, you know, the days are getting shorter, that we're going to spend less time outside, more time indoors and finding things to do indoors as well. So it could be things like still making sure that I'm getting some sort of physical activity, but a different kind, maybe not going on walks so much, but maybe watching like a YouTube video or connecting with people on social media and that sort of thing. And are there any changes in how you care for yourself or engage with health services during during autumn? What I mean is checkups, vaccinations. Yeah, I usually take the flu jab. Yeah. So in autumn, I usually start thinking about making appointments for a flu jab, not just for myself, for my children as well. So making sure that I go to the pharmacy, make that appointment and go get the flu jab. And also making sure that we have enough supplies at home in terms of medicines and things, because falling ill much more often with colds and coughs and things like that.
