Okay, now relating to some of the points you made previously, summer can be a social season with events, food and more spontaneity. Now do these situations bring challenges for you And how do you navigate them? Yeah, yeah, they definitely do. I feel like sometimes that's what's so important about having a supportive community around you is there are certain people that we maybe interact with more in the summer that we're out and about that are like, oh, here, eat this junk food. Have these, I bought Tasty Cakes and donuts and all these things that I normally wouldn't purchase and wouldn't eat. But now they're suddenly in my house or they're on our trip or whatever the case is. And the more that I've been able to communicate with my family and friends to kind of say, hey, that's not something that's helpful for me in my journey of health and wellness, that makes it easier because then my husband and some of our close friends, when we hang out, they bring healthier things to the party, right? They're not loading us up with donuts and sweets and candy and whatever because they respect that that's a temptation for me and something that's challenging for my healthy habits. So I think that communication is really helpful too, just to kind of lay that groundwork of like, yes, I wanna participate and I wanna have fun and I know other people might want these things, but if we can minimize some of it, that's really helpful for me. That doesn't work in larger settings, always depending on who's showing up to the table, but that can be really helpful. Yeah, yeah, it's definitely hard to stick with healthy habits at gatherings for sure, because then you'd also feel that pressure of, oh, everybody's indulging in this. Like, I feel like all eyes are on me because I'm not. And they might not be on me. And I still feel that way.
