If you were to encourage someone in your community to take a positive step for their health in the spring, what would you say to them? What kind of motivation or support would you share with them? Yeah, I mean, I think going back to that accountability, like if they want a friend or a buddy or somebody to check in with them and like help push them to their goals, like I'm all for it, like I'm here for that. And I also think too, just reiterating that it just takes that one small step, like it doesn't have to be looking at the big picture, because I personally find that incredibly overwhelming when I'm like, oh, I wanna, I don't know, drop this much weight or something like that, like looking at the end goal seems completely out of reach. So really being able to do more like smart goals and making it something that's smaller, measurable, attainable, you know, all those things, it really makes a huge difference. Like, it doesn't. And also, too, just that encouragement that, like, it's okay to, like, fall off your routine here and there. Like, that we're all human. Like, that's okay. I think over my own journey, I've spent too much time beating myself up when I have, like, fallen off into bad habits that aren't healthy for me and being able to know that like it's okay and and we don't have to play the game of oh Monday I'm going to do better Monday I'm going to do better like it can be okay so I I had this piece of cake at lunch and dinner I'm going to do better or at snack I'm going to choose something different like we can just take it one step at a time not not looking at so far ahead.
