Have you ever made a health resolution in the spring that really worked for you? We have touched, you have touched on that very kindly, thank you very much. And on that note, if you were to encourage someone in your community to take a positive step for their health in the spring. Is there any particular tips you would like to share with them? To try to go out and I just want to walk at least twice a day, like early in the morning hours and then again, because I just, the way that I do it, I walk early in the morning and then again in the evenings when it's not as hot outside. Sure, and thinking about the kinds of behaviours and attitudes that support good health, is there one that really speaks to you right now? And if there is one, why? All of the fruits and stuff are right there and then you have the farmer's market that I go to. it's just that it seems more available during those months as opposed to in a winter. I mean the fruits and vegetables are available in the winter, but I don't know they kind of most of them look like, I don't want to say dried up, but they're not as inviting as they are during the spring and the summer. Sure. And from your perspective, what support do you think
