Any specific strategies, habits or resources that you rely on? Just getting up and having a normal routine, going to work, coming home, cooking, things like that. I'm also a caregiver of my mother, so just having a routine, I think that's what helped me a lot. You know, just knowing what my daily, my day, my day consists of, you know, from the time I get up to the time I, you know, go to bed, I just know I have to keep pushing because people are dependent on me. Beautiful. OK. I was going to ask you, do you find that your emotional or mental health shifts during winter. How does that impact your motivation or health choices? I'm not sure whether it affect me mentally. You know I'm human so you know things you know you get emotional with some things just your hormones and things like that but I do have a therapist so I do participate in therapy so that helps a lot just having a neutral space of someone to talk to and things like that, that's helpful. And just by doing some things that I enjoy. I know I'm a caregiver to others, but I still have to take care of myself to be, you know, helpful to them. So, um, I do, that's a part of my self-care, just being in therapy and just having a safe space to just talk about things that's going on because, um, I'm married, you know, I've been married for 21 years. Um, I can talk to my husband about anything, Sometimes I feel like I can be a burden, you know, just talking about so much stuff. So just having a safe space just to talk to someone helps me. So I just try to keep that at a baseline, just to always have that in place. Really nice. OK, next question is, what kind of support do you find helpful or wish you had? to get through the winter healthily. And this could include support from professionals, community, or peers. You've answered some of this stuff, but if you have anything else to add. I think I'm well-supported. I mean, it's a lot of resources out there, but you just have to know of them and you have to take advantage of it. Blue Cross, Blue Shield, CIMI's, a lot of things about resources that they have, different wellness program, different weight loss programs. They have all the information, but of course, for there to be some use to you, you have to utilize it. So I think I'm well supported as far as just having access to those resources if I need it.
