And I know we have touched on what I'm going to ask in previous questions. Summer can be a social season with events, food and more spontaneity. Now, do these situations bring challenges for you, and if they do, how do you navigate them? I will say no, as I get older my social circles are a little smaller, we're not out partying or drinking or doing anything like that, get togethers tend to be smaller groups of people, So that's not a real challenge for me. And we're all kind of the same age, so a lot of times we have similar issues. So we're not overeating, except on things like the big Thanksgiving holiday and Christmas. Those are big eating days for us in America, but summertime, not so much. I don't have that kind of social life any longer. Younger, when I was younger, absolutely not. We're much, we're quite much younger. On that, on that nice note, thinking about positive health behaviors and attitudes in the summer, are there any that feel especially relevant for you in the summer? And if there are, why? I can't think of anything. No, I can't think of anything that, I can't think of a good answer to that one. Okay, that's fine. Absolutely fine. And have you discovered any strategies that help you stay on track with your health in the summer? What I mean is what works for you and would you recommend anything to others? I like checklists. Checklists and to-do lists work for me. I have just a little spreadsheet where I can check off every day that I go to the gym or every day that I take a walk, or if I do yoga, I have a column for yoga. And so watching the little check marks fill up, watching the boxes filled with color or an X or something is very motivating. Being able to say I did this every day for a month or every day for a week, I personally find that very motivating. you
