What helps you stay well in the winter? Any specific strategies or habits or resources you rely on? Well, I haven't been very healthy in the wintertime my whole life. Like I say, I'm trying to do doing now that I'm getting older, get plenty of rest, go to bed at a certain time every night and try to get up at a certain time. I used to go to bed nine, 10 o'clock, 11 o'clock, and I had to get up every morning at 4.30 to go to work. So you gotta have a schedule and stick to it. It's important. And also eating on a schedule, but eating healthy on a schedule. You love to have a small breakfast and then a light lunch, and then a healthy dinner. Not too much, not too little. So eating properly and getting proper rest is what I do and what I've been told to do by numerous people. I've been to see nutritionists, you know, I've been to see counselors. So I'm starting to finally let that stuff seep into my daily activities, or my daily thing. It just, it helps to listen to the people and learn from your mistakes. So I just try to live right. Hi Robert, we're both really grateful for the time you've taken, super grateful. We can stop recording now.
