There's lots of tests you can do to find narrowings of the heart arteries. If you haven't got any symptoms, do these narrowings themselves confer a risk to you? Yeah, absolutely. If you have narrowing in the heart arteries, then you are without adequate control. We do see a lot of cases where coronary disease progresses, especially in the absence of medical therapy.
