Introducing Anthea W - ProPatient

Hello, I'm Anthea and I work with the Central London Community Healthcare Trust and various groups helping people with their breathing through the Breathe Easy organisation which is linked to the British Lung Foundation. And part of my work with CLCH has been inspecting nursing homes and hospitals from both sides as an inspector for CLCH and as an inpatient which has been quite a good experience. In hospitals, we came down to London originally from Lincolnshire seven years ago and through ill health I've been in and out of hospitals ever since so I've got to know the experience of being a patient in hospital as well as being a patient in the community and I found that my knowledge of patient experience was such that I found myself able to help other people and to give something back to the NHS through what I learned and experienced.
