Sure. And what kind of support or guidance would be helpful from healthcare professionals? I mean, thinking about in practical, emotional or seasonal planning terms, if you know what I mean? Yeah, I know what you mean. But you know, they've been so wonderful thus far. But fortunately, I don't need them that often because I try to stay in pretty good shape myself. But whatever I've needed or always needed, they've always been there. And if I call my doctor, I might not get him initially, but he will call me back within an hour or so when he's freed up. So I don't know. Everything I have insofar as healthcare has been wonderful. So I have no concerns or if something would happen, I have no doubt that I would not get taken care of very fast through the life bridge system, so I have no real concerns about that. Sure, and if you were encouraging someone else to prioritize their health in the fall, what advice would you give them based on your own experience, your own insights? I guess I would just tell them to really, really watch what you're eating and drinking because, you know, we tend not to be as active in the fall and the wintertime as we are in spring and the summer. And just do better to take care of the signs that you see that your body's telling you, when something's initially starting versus ignoring the signs and waiting till something catastrophic happens. But just try to do better to take care of yourself. Listen to your body and do the right things you need to do to stay on on top of it.
