During the fall, I mean, checkups, vaccinations, changes in habits? Yes, I immediately thought of vaccination. So, when autumn comes, you just, well, I try to make sure that I'm aware of all the conditions or new viruses that tend to appear once the weather starts changing. So seeing if there are any available vaccines, I'm doing my research to see what the vaccine consists of. So that way I know if I'm comfortable with getting it in the first place. I am a person that's very cautious in what I do intake within my body. This year I have been, I'm expecting right now. So that just increases my ability to, or it just increases my mindset and just making sure that I'm aware of what's going into my body when it comes to vaccinations. And then of course, now that I'm expecting, I would definitely do an extreme amount of research to make sure that my baby would be healthy as well during the time changes. Indeed, thank you very much. And on that note, what kind of support or guidance would be helpful from healthcare professionals at this time of year? I mean, in practical, emotional, or seasonal planning context? I would say continuing the promotional emails promotional emails and just reaching out to patients to let them know what's available, what resources are available with the season's changing. I know that they do provide certain events through insurance that helps with getting vaccinations or just certain events that are information based that help you understand how you could take care of your body personally with self-care, so that way you don't always have to go through the extra burden of finding a way to a hospital or making appointments. You can just learn how to solve certain things for yourself. They also, or I would say if they continue providing like Zoom calls as I mentioned before and having easy access with sessions or providing therapy sessions through insurance to make sure that people's mental and emotional health doesn't take a drastic turn as the weather changes because I know some people experience it's seasonal depression and things of that sort. So that's something that I've been very aware of, taking care of myself mentally, and that's how my providers have helped me. Excellent, thank you very much. We are in the last 15 minutes, and so far, so very excellent. Thank you very much, very, very insightful indeed. Now, if you were encouraging someone to prioritize their health in the fall. What advice would you give them based on your own lived experiences, your own insights? Okay, personally, I would say fall time is when I would stress therapy the most because there's a lot that goes on in the previous seasons. I feel like spring and summer, they are big. There just is a lot of changes that takes place during the spring and summer. And then you experience a lot more people, they have a bigger effect on you. So I would say I would just really recommend therapy, talking to someone about your emotions and the changes that you could be going through, whether it's financially, emotionally, mentally, likely. Anything of that sort. What else would I recommend for the fall? Definitely take more precaution and a tire so that way you can protect your body and protect yourself. Like I said, the weather is less bipolar than maybe the spring, but it's in the same range of just adjusting to from hot to cold. So I would say just being aware of your attire, making sure that you are consistently checking the weather, even though, like I said, it's not as reliable as maybe we wish it could be, but just making sure that you're just taking the extra precautions to care for your body, making sure that you're protected, taking care of your immune system, so seeing if you can increase your vitamin intake maybe, look for supplements that's going to allow your body like an easier time to adjust to the weather changes as well, because your hormones are changing with the weather and especially for women. I know for me personally, so I would say that.
