Thank you. And what changes do you notice in food choices or physical activity in the summer? And are there any particular things you'd advise to do differently to stay well? As I said before, that summer holiday, I think some people can be sort of overindulging food, but as long as you bear that in mind, then I think having a treat here and there is really good for our health but not overindulge for a very long period of time in the summer, then that might have an impact on your health. And also alcohol for barbecues and those, yeah, just keep in check I think. And thinking back to the positive health behaviours and attitudes you were reviewing earlier, are there any, maybe one or two, you feel are especially relevant in the summer? I think sort of eating and holiday, you know, those are probably, and in the summer you might like to be more encouraged to do more physical activities because of the sunlight you have for a longer day and so that might be another good time not just the first of January but in the summer to start something that you want to achieve your goal both you know physical or any hobbies that you might enjoy doing that were really good for your mental well-being. And have you discovered any key strategies or tips that can help us to stay on track with our health in the summer? For myself, I always said because there's a lot of challenge or for more sort of small run that for charities and those I think is really good to sign up for. for some of them, you don't have to run, you can walk, but you're helping the charity. So it's great to join with friends as a startup. If you just want to do walking for 5k or walking your dog or as a starter in the summer, you have got a lot more opportunities to join those events I normally sign up for one so it sort of motivates me to do a bit more during the year because I know I have to go to that event.
