Appreciate it, thank you. Now, my next question is, what kind of support do you find helpful? I know you alluded to it previously, but still, if you could kindly elaborate, what kind of support do you find helpful or wish you had to get through the winter healthily? This This could include support from professionals, community, or peers. Yeah, yeah, so I think it comes back to again, like, you know, for me that professional support, so having a good therapist that you can connect with, there are some really great support groups as well that are easily accessible online for a variety of people depending on what people need. So being able to just tap into what your community offers in terms of support groups for peer support or therapy provider options for that professional support at that level as well. And then also like having a supportive family. So that's been huge for me, you know, knowing that again, like I have a husband who's super supportive, you know, and supportive of my mental health as well. And, you know, having that encouragement to take that leap to find that provider that I needed when I needed it was super valuable. And again, like allowing me to prioritize my health in whatever way that looks for me. And then, you know, having supportive family, you know, those things have definitely all are all super helpful. And I do wish there was more access to professional supports. I do think we've come a long way, especially that's like the one good thing that came out of the pandemic is there's a lot more virtual access for things. And that's great. However, there does still tend to be a lot of wait lists and having to wait for providers. It's difficult to find people that take your insurance. And for us, you know, we have young children and some of our children have some mental health struggles as well. So finding support for children in particular has been like the bane of my existence and has been incredibly challenging. You know, and going into a season where illnesses, you know, are big activators for one of my my child's anxieties. You know, that's something that is really challenging and then it's really, it's really hard to then find the supports that they need. As a child, it's just hard to find that specialty in my area. So, you know, I wish that was more readily available and there wasn't as long of wait times for people to be able to get care when they do seek professional support. it was more affordable that you don't have to worry about paying your copay or oh this place billed this way so we end up with the 1200 bill because of the way something's coded you know insurance in that way and at least over here in our country is definitely a barrier to access care.
