What does the fall mean for you and how does the transition into the fall affect your overall health or daily routine? What I mean is do the shorter days, cooler weather or return to routine bring specific changes for you? Well, like I said, I was born in the spring, so I'm used to, I love that weather. And the fall is my other favorite season. I love the fall. I love the fall colors. I look forward to the fall after the hot summer. the hot summer. And the only thing I don't look forward to is wearing bulky clothes. But it's beautiful. I love to see the changes the colors on the trees the the same with this you know that I saw in spring flowers blooming now I'm watching everything change and you know the the flowers fade away the grass and trees are changing colors and fading away and but it the weather feels beautiful and it just I just get renewed it just feels beautiful it just feels great. Excellent thank you very much and are there any particular challenges that tend to arise for you during the four months and how do you usually respond to those challenges? The biggest challenges for me are knowing that the holidays are coming and it makes me nervous because I have a problem with emotional eating. So it's always, you know, the constant cooking and everything and getting prepped for the holidays and the holiday seasons make me nervous. I don't like the thought of what's coming. So I had to learn how to reprogram my brain and stop being so afraid of the unknown, of what that time of year is bringing and just welcome what does come.
