Resolution in the spring that really worked for you and what helped make it a success? Yeah so the springtime is actually when I started exercising and at this point it was like I don't know probably nine or ten years ago when I had seen a cardiologist actually that had recommended exercise because I have hypertension. And so I had started that in the spring and I think having the doctor help with accountability was really helpful because initially like she had me coming back kind of routinely. So I think having that accountability piece really makes a difference and then just honestly making it a part of my routine. So if you had told me 10 years ago I was going to be somebody that was on the treadmill every day and lifting weights three times a week, I would have been like, Yeah, right. But now that I've been doing it for so long, and it's just become like, no excuses, I get up and I just do it, even if I don't feel like it, making it that habit that has made such a huge difference. It just makes something so much easier when it's just structured into my day. Like I know this is my workout time, my kids and my husband know that I have time each week that I'm dedicating to that it's a respected thing that I do. So I So I think that having like my partner on board and my kids, you know, also understanding that no mom can't play right now cause she is taking care of her health. And on that note too, I will add that like having my kids participate in it with me is really helpful. So like my kids see me work out a lot. So then they wanna work out with me. I have a 10, eight and a six year old. So they'll grab little hand weights and be trying to do the exercises too. And so that's really motivating cause teaching my kids healthy habits is a really important thing. I don't want them to struggle with some of the health conditions and things that I'm currently struggling with. Thank you very much. I really, really appreciate it. Like this participatory side of wellness and activities, brilliant.
