with health care during the fall, you know, maybe checkups, vaccinations, that sort of stuff. Oh yeah, definitely. As a matter of fact, I got my pneumonia shot. I don't get the flu shot because I don't need that. I don't get sick like that unless my grandson come around me. He got a cold. I catch a cold instantly like that. And repeat that and I think, no, no, no. Doctor's appointments, I stay vigilant of if my feet swollen or my legs swollen or my hands I go to my doctors. I go off my mental stability. I want to stay on my meds, you know, because sometimes I get so depressed and I don't take my meds for depression. I deal with really bad depression. So going to see my psychiatrist, my PRP counselor, my therapist, my PRP counselor, she comes and check on me. She comes and see, you know, and she helps me keep my appointments with my doctors. And she calls me and remind me because I've talked to her. were like, you know, I love her. I care about her. And she's a good friend. So she calls me a lot, you know, and she honestly, my memory, she helps me said, You don't you got to go to this place? Don't you got to go that place? And I said, Oh, my goodness, thank you. So my PRP counselor, she's awesome. She's on it, whatever appointments that I missed. But then I put the calendar because of my memory, I have a really huge challenge. And so all my appointments and stuff like that, I'm happy, you know, because, oh, and my pain management. I go to them, I go to two different doctors. One is for the pain and one is for my injection. And so they give me my appointments and their appointments is like six weeks because they're, you know, wanna see how you doing and see if you can handle whatever, no allergic reactions or nothing. So they are really caring. They are caring, they are really caring. So I've been keeping my appointments, I really have. And if I miss one or something like that, my dental appointment, I can reschedule. And sometimes I get like, that's that first week, the beginning of, no, the first week. And that's good. I can get to my doctors and stuff like that. So it's not easy because sometimes I get so depressed I don't want to go. But my PRP counselor, she's really there for me.
