So, I was just going to say my answer to that as well, and I think it's so interesting, like I hadn't even really thought about alcohol use or engaging with healthcare professionals when you need to because I think I don't personally drink or smoke and I think I would always, I think I'm the type of person that I would very, I'm very in tune with my health and of my well-being so I think I would always speak to a healthcare professional but I think it is very interesting that every person that answers these questions is obviously rooted in their own experiences so everyone's going to have slightly different answers. But I think attitudes and behaviours when it comes to spring, I mean obviously our health tends to get a little bit better naturally I would say in spring because the weather gets better, we are probably naturally going outside a little bit more, so I was going to say an attitude or behaviour that I would say is coming out of winter is getting back out into really getting back outside into nature so where you said going for a walk I think yeah any sort of suggestion around changing your behaviour in spring I think it would be about trying to encourage that getting back outside for kind of daily activity just getting outside where we maybe don't so much in winter. Absolutely, thank you very much. And on that note, what support do you think helps people stay on track with their health goals or with their health activities in the spring? Could it be family, community, reminders, planning, mindset? Yeah, so again, probably gonna sound like a bit of a broken record. The things that I've spoken about is kind of really engaging information. And I think the thing that we found as well is you're giving people the information that is very pertinent to them. So I think, you know, we all sign up to a lot of kind of newsletters and things like that. But if the information isn't kind of pertinent to me, or doesn't resonate with me, or it's things that I don't need, are very much disengaged from that content. So I think healthcare professionals and the people that are kind of providing information, I I think it needs to be timely, and I think it needs to be kind of targeted to the people that you were giving that information to. And yeah, I think doing it seasonally is really great. So things that are going on at that time, kind of like little tips and hints and maybe recipes. I love kind of getting like a new recipe to try with things that are in season at that time, and kind of giving people a bit of inspiration and motivation that way. you
