And if you were to encourage someone in your community to take a positive step for their health this spring, what would you say to them? What are your words of motivation? I usually ask people to try something at least one or two times, you know, give something ago it may feel a little bit out of their comfort zone to start with but with a bit of perseverance they'll usually find that they're enjoying it and participating and making new connections, finding new people to have some time with. So we tend to sort of say let's try it together on the first instance and then hopefully that will give the encouragement for them to to keep going and keep trying. And thinking about the kinds of behaviours and attitudes that support good health that you were shown earlier, is there one that really speaks to your community right now? I think for us, I think there is a drive to becoming more active, some physical activity once or twice a week just to really boost our health and well-being. And that's something that we're always encouraging because the more active we are, the better lifestyle we can have as we age. So our encouragement and something I would always say is you try and look at some activity it doesn't have to be strenuous but at least it's something that you're going to do either daily or a couple of times a week just to keep you as physically active as possible.
