Do you find that your emotional or mental health shifts during the winter? And so how does that impact your motivational health choices? Well, it definitely changes in the winter. Like I was saying before, the seasonal affective disorder, as well as, I don't know if it's recognized but holiday depression syndrome, you know, we're not having the family. brother passed away he was like he was the youngest but he was like the head of the family because he had a family and he had a good job so he had a nice house and he had money for all the fixings and all this and that so when he passed I sort of get really depressed around the holidays because I don't have my grandmother anymore my father and I don't have my brother and his family you know family get-togethers so right now all I gotta do is talk to my one brother and we try to stay in touch every day because that's all we have is each other. It's a family and we both have other things, other friends. But as far as family, you know, family is very important. I hate to say it when I was when I was in jail the first time. I made sure I called home every day after after dinner time. I ate fast so I could get up and use the phones for anybody else just to call home every day and hear what it was like in the background at the house with my father, my grandmother and my brothers and sisters there. So you got to be conscious of your of your mental health issues but if you don't realize what's causing the problem you won't be able to solve it and get you know get get help. So that's that means go to the doctor and talk to the doctors and let them figure out what's going on.
