What do you find that your emotional or mental health shifts during winter and how does it impact on your motivation or health choices? Like I have no diagnosis of anything like bad or shifting, but I do have a hard time with day going to night and because it's a closure for me. It's like the day's over, the night's starting, it's a whole different routine. So a lot of times, depending on what's going on outside, I'll either be gone all day with my little activities and come home around three, because then I'm motivated to get dinner started or whatever I'm doing, or I'll go out around four and come back at seven, depending on when the sun's going down. So that I do. And I also think it's because in the summer, which was fun for me with swimming, it was always real late. You know what I mean? We could stay up late. So now that, you know, the time's changing, life is changing. And it just, for, I'm 69 years old. So, you know, for I don't know how many years, 40, 50 years, I have always been, you know, from day to night. And it used to make me sad, but now I put it into a positive where I push myself because I know that's gonna happen. I don't know, it's really funny in a way. And then sometimes I can deal with it, but mostly I have to really be occupied with something on the changeover. Amazing, all right. What kind of support do you find helpful or wish you had to get through?
