So, spring is often seen as a time for new beginnings. What health-related changes or intentions do you consider at the start of the spring? think spring is so kind of transformational because you know the clocks change you finally get a bit more time to yourself it feels like the second those clocks change I feel like my work-life balance just immediately gets so much better I just feel like I have time to myself and you're not I think when the daylight is literally you're working hours like I used to find when I worked in the hospital I would drive to work in the pitch black I'd work in a hospital that essentially had no windows and then I would drive home in the pitch black and it just felt like I I had no life outside of that. Whereas I think once we get to that kind of clock change, that springtime, you know, the flowers are starting to come up, you're seeing baby lambs everywhere, you know, it's kind of like that picturesque, like, oh, things that are coming back to life. And it's, I don't know, that video where it said you kind of have a renewed sense of energy is so true. You know, there's a reason we talk about like spring cleaning your home and, you know, all of a sudden you have this energy to kind of like dust out the cobwebs and kind of have a bit of life again. And yeah, I think I start to really kind of dog walks get longer, for example, you know, I feel excited to start walking the dog again, kind of going to new places. And I mean, we always used to stay in this, at this farm in Wales around springtime. So I always associate it with that. And it was kind of like lambing season and everything's so kind of like busy and full of life. And I think you really take that into your own lifestyle and the kind of behaviors that you start displaying. And I think as we start getting into summer, I start really kind of focusing on that more kind of exercise side of things. So I think when it comes to my health and my kind of intentions and behaviors through winter, it's very much kind of like looking inwards and being more holistic about my health. Whereas I think once we get into kind of spring, summer, I really start to enjoy exercise again. And I never used to be that kind of person either. I've never been very physically active or sporty kind of love those sorts of things but I think once we get into spring summer you know you can kind of start exercising outside, you can go for longer walks, you can start jogging, running if that's something you enjoy and I think I start to build those intentions into my kind of behaviours and start trying to get outside more and I think those things that you kind of have to force yourself to do during winter just become a little bit easier. Absolutely thank you very much. Now, are there any personal goals you hope to achieve in the future?
