Spring is often seen as a time for new beginnings. From your perspective, what health-related changes or intentions you consider at the start of the spring or in the spring when it starts? Yeah, I think when it gets to spring, to the longer days, to the better weather, that has a big influence on my health and what I want to do for my health and well-being as well. If you've just come out of the long winter period, you know, four months of darkness and cold and stuff and things are starting to brighten up, days are starting to feel longer and fresher. I definitely feel like in during spring, I go out more. So I try to go for more walks and things which have a positive impact on my well-being. And I'm definitely more motivated to do things to take care of my health and well-being, be it going for walks or just being outside a bit more. But of course, then there are days when it still rains and things during spring. So then that's like a down or an obstacle in the path. But I'm definitely thinking more about fitness, about being more healthy, eating more salads and things like that. Thinking about my diet, thinking about my physical activity as well, mental well-being.
