How does the transition into autumn affect your overall health or daily routine? Do the shorter days, cooler weather, or return to routine bring specific changes for you? Yeah, so for me, I find the fall to be, you know, and maybe it's a little bit odd, I find the fall to be rejuvenating. I love the fall season. I love all the colors of the changing leaves. I love the cooler weather because I am somebody who's hot all the time. So summer kind of feels a little miserable for me. So being able to transition into the fall, I feel a lot more comfortable in my own skin in the fall. Like I feel like temperatures are perfect. It's beautiful outside with all the colors and everything. So I find it refreshing to get back into some routines. So my kids go back to school. It's easier to stick to the routines that we have for eating at home and easier to stick to our sleep routines and going to bed on time because the kids are in more of a structured, you know, environment and routine with school being back in. So I find that transition to be actually really easy and really welcomed to kind of get back into those routines. And while I miss the spontaneity and travel and spending all that, you know, the time with my family and kids over the summer, it is, you know, on the other hand, nice to get back to some of those basics with routine and kind of knowing what to expect and predictability of the fall. So I find that to be a really refreshing and welcome time for me.
