Thank you very much. That's quite splendid. Thank you for sharing. And have you ever made a health resolution in the spring that really worked for you? And if it did, what helps make it a success for you? Well, going back to including more fruits and vegetables because they're now in season during the spring. So definitely changing my diet has helped me tremendously when it comes to kind of rebuilding my energy from the cold seasons. So just making sure that I'm always I always add more fruits into the morning schedule. I I try my best or most likely I'm going to have more salads during lunchtime and then during dinner is not many changes during dinner is probably just making sure it's a full course meal or that's really the goals. Thank you very much. And if you were to encourage someone in your community to take a positive step for their health in the spring, What would you say to them? I mean, what kind of motivation or support would you share with them? I would highly recommend, I would probably focus on dieting and making sure that they would also make those adjustments because dieting, it really helps not only your physical health, when it pertains to your energy and how well you're carrying out your day-to-day routines into your actions, but it also contributes to your mental, your emotional health. You know, as you probably know, certain foods, they contribute to how well you're able to cope with your emotions and hormones and adrenaline and things of that sort. So I would probably focus and motivate them to just focus on having a good diet. And when you work on your inner, it obviously, it always carries out to your outer health. you
