What do you find most challenging about looking after your health during winter? I mean, looking at the cold weather, fewer daylight hours, changes in activity or habits? Right. I think the only thing I find challenging is, I don't think that the foods are as appealing to me, you know, but you don't have those fresh fruits and vegetables. And yeah, everything tends to be heavier and not as bright, I suppose, in looking at. So, and that's those are actually the times of year when I crave all the ethnic foods that I enjoy, that we learned to like when we were traveling. And because I'm living in a retirement community, we don't have those kinds of things, you know, they have to cook for things that pretty much everybody will like. And so we're much less likely to have, you know, Thai food or Indian food or, you know, whatever. tapas, you name it, you know, all of those things. And so it's a little more challenging, I think, for me to maintain a healthy diet in the winter because I don't have the same options that I would have had in the summertime. Right. Okay. Thank you very much.
