Excellent. Thank you very much. That's very, very helpful. Now, the next question, Hazel, is have you ever made a health resolution in spring that really worked for you? And if I may say, what helped make it a success? Doctor, I have never made a resolution at each season. I've never done that before. I have only, I've only just looked at my life of what I'm doing and what I'm not doing to myself. I do it regularly. It is a regular requirement for myself, for me to look at myself for myself. Because when you think about making a resolution, you're gonna go above and beyond. And I'm doing above and beyond regularly for myself. It is my goal to live daily, not to pick a particular time that now I'm going to live. Living is important for me now every day. So I don't want to just say that I'm limited for this time or this period. I want to be living for my life each and every day. Thank you very much. That's very insightful. Now the next question, Hazel, is if you were to encourage someone in your community to take a positive step for their health in the spring, What would you say to them? I mean, what kind of motivation or support would you share? I would tell them to think about themselves and to think about what they really are looking forward to in their own life and how they are feeling. And if they want to feel better, and they have that right to feel better. It is not an option that you can say that someone else will give you hand to hand for you to make you feel better about yourself. It's something about you have to do for yourself. You can share it with someone else to share it around and sharing is good. We learn as children when we share what's important to share because as we share, we help inspire people. But now in this day when health is an issue, so many people are not sharing in a positive way. They want to find a quick solution that they have not even began to take care of their own health themselves. They want someone to solve a problem for themselves they can't do, they have not done to do for themselves on. So, I'd like to share my neighborhoods. Hello, and I hope that you are doing something that you would like to do. Sure. Talking is important and being available. I am available to my neighborhood, but of course, there is limits in our area. In Cold Spring, there are a lot of limits. People don't really communicate to people, but if I'm out walking and I see someone with a dog, of course I have ability to communicate with them because the animals just, I love the animals, so that gives us ability to start talking to back and forth.
