Thank you very much. Very, very nice indeed. Very, very important. And how, oh sorry, what could the LifeBridge HealthShed community that we are setting up, what could it do to support you or others through the fall into the winter? Do you have any ideas? Would you like to share any ideas for engagement, conversations, or resources? So, um, like have motivational, um, I don't, I don't want to say speakers, but like have someone to call you to motivate you, um, on your journey. And, um, and for those that are, that can get out of the house like have different types of activities that you can participate in because maybe like if you like volunteer you can like volunteer at the hospital and I think it for me personally if I could had the chance to like volunteer I will feel like I'm doing something for somebody else which will make me feel good. So that's really really nice and reassuring and and very, very helpful indeed. And finally, in our questions for the fall season for you, when you look ahead in the fall, what are your hopes for your health over the coming season? Do you have any goals, changes, or any intentions that you set yourselves? that I'm able to keep up with my exercise. I know that in the fall, in the winter, I'm gonna have to cut down. Instead of walking twice a week, I'm only gonna do the one because I'm just gonna go out in the morning.
