Excellent. That's fabulous. Thank you very much. And my next question is, what support do you think helps people stay on track with their health goals in spring? Could be family, reminders, planning, mindset? Yeah, yeah. I mean, I think the support of family, friends, neighbors, really like anyone that's important to you in your community makes a huge difference. You know, if you have that person that, you know, is there to encourage you when you need it, can help motivate you to get up and do whatever it is that you're trying to do. And having somebody like in it with you, I think also makes a difference, not just the encouragement, but also like the times where my husband's like, I'm gonna do this too. Like, we're gonna do this together and we're gonna, you know, make healthier eating decisions. Like when I have that person that's in it and struggling alongside me, like that makes a big difference for me because then I don't feel alone. So I really think whatever community looks like to you, you know, again, family, friends, church groups, neighbors, whatever, like just having that community around you helps and can then re-motivate you during the times where it's challenging to do so. Excellent, thank you very much. And my final question in this section, in the spring section is how do you feel, you know, the LifeBridge and HealthShare community that we are developing could help you or others to build positive momentum during the spring season? Yeah I mean I think just having more visibility with like health centered events would be helpful. I know like as an employee with LifeBridge like I do you know get emails through my work email but I don't feel like it's as publicized to the greater community and being able to do some campaigns that are a little bit more like Walking for Heart Health and all that kind of stuff. We see that at work, but it would be really cool to have more of those campaigns that are taking place right here in our community around whichever facility that's affiliated with LifeBridge or whatnot. I think just that visibility would be huge. And when you do something in somebody's community it's like oh they're they're coming they're they're right here they're in my my my area they're in my backyard you know and like i'm way more likely to get involved with something when it's in my community and you know my community is important to me so just having that visibility and and having those things that are in that community i think would would make a difference and help kind of motivate and help people get just involved. Well on that positive takeaway at the end of this section the visibility.
