Are there any particular challenges that tend to arise for you during the autumn months? And how do you usually respond to those? I get help. The biggest challenge for me is around here is the yard work and the fallen leaves. I have two gigantic maple trees, and I can fill about 50 black trash bags full of leaves by the time I get done. So that's a constant battle, but that gets me outside and gets me exercising. But I do, I've definitely, I've gotten to a point in my life, and I've been very, very independent and very stubborn. I've gotten to the point where I finally realized I can't do everything. I have to ask for help sometimes and sometimes that's difficult, but I've learned to ask. So I do get a lot of help with maintaining the house and the yard and I still get out and do as much as I can, but I really have learned to, you know, I have to ask for help. I just can't do it on myself anymore. And that's a big deal for me because I've always been so independent. So learning how to ask for help and for support has been a big challenge for me. Do you find yourself preparing physically or mentally for colder months ahead? What does that look like for you? I don't. I love the change of seasons. I can't, you know, I can't wait till the next season. I'm happy when the season gets here, but then I can't wait till the next season gets here. So I'm always looking forward to the change. I don't really do anything in particular to prepare other than swap my summer clothes out with my winter clothes, change closets so that my wardrobe is seasonal. But I don't really do too much to prepare for the seasons because I'm just always looking forward to the next one.
