Okay, now let's, excellent. Okay, let's start about your perspectives in the summer. My first question, Brittany, is how do you usually feel about the summer season? Does Does it inspire, challenge or change your approach to health? Think about routine, energy levels or well-being. Thank you. Yeah, so for me, I definitely find summer to be one of the more challenging seasons. You know, school lets out. I have three young kids that then are home over the summer and, you know, are looking for entertainment themselves and then of course we're taking vacations and traveling and things like that through the summer as well while they're off so I do feel like it is hard with routine disruptions and not just like you know I still find it relatively easy for me to exercise that's something like I said it's just kind of built into my routine at this point but I think that's when it's harder to do things like healthy eating because we're out on the road we're driving we're traveling, and then it's so much easier to just stop and do something that's convenient, because we're out and about and aren't home in our normal environment. So that is something that I find to be incredibly challenging in the summer. And summertime is probably, summer and winter are probably my two most challenging seasons. Okay, well on that, thank you very much, on that summary challenging note. May I move to the next question? And you touched on that in the previous answer. Do you find that holidays of travel at home or abroad affect how you manage your health and in what ways? Yeah, so definitely for me, it goes like the healthy eating is a big one like I mentioned, it is very easy for that to just go out the window when it comes to convenience and, you know, thankfully, it doesn't really impact like I do have daily medications I need to take I do pretty good over the summer at sticking to my medication regimens, my exercise regimens. But the healthy eating is something that I find incredibly challenging. And then too, at times, it's also like getting enough sleep. Getting enough sleep in the summer tends to be hard because, you know, we tend to take a lot of day trips in my household, because we have some animals at home that, you know, we don't want to leave unattended for a long time. So we end up having to get up really early, we're in the car for sometimes two to four hours, depending on where we're going and traveling locally. So that gets really exhausting. But then I'm up longer and I'm not taking care of my sleep, which then I think also plays into kind of skipping my routine with healthy eating because then I'm like too tired to even process trying to make a healthy meal or prep and pre plan things for meals. And so that just goes out the window. So I do think the summertime sleep is harder. And my kids are up at the crack of dawn every day, regardless of how much sleep they get. So it doesn't matter, you know, they're always up. So I can't really sleep in very well myself.
