and looking ahead, what are your hopes for your health over the coming autumn season? Are there any goals, changes or intentions you are setting? I'm still working on losing some more weight. That's always a challenge even after bariatric surgery. So, trying to be more active over the summer, knock a few more pounds off. Actually lost 30 pounds in the past year after I had sepsis, because I had gained 30 pounds after my last knee replacement, after I hurt my knee and had my knee replacement, because Because after I had a revision, the knee replacement didn't go well. So it really slowed me down and I've been a lot less active. So I had gained 30 pounds and now I lost 30 pounds and I really feel the difference. I feel so much better with that 30 pounds off that I had gained over the last few years. So I want to continue with that weight loss. If I could knock off another 15 or 20 pounds over the summer so that I'm prepared for the winter, that would be nice. But I also don't stress about that either. I watch what I eat. I use an app on my phone to track it to make sure I'm getting enough protein and keeping my carbs down and getting enough fluids in. But I don't obsess about it. If I wanna eat a cookie, I eat a cookie. Cause I'm the kind of person that if you tell me, you cannot have cookies, I'm just gonna go eat a whole box, you know? So if I want a cookie, I just ate one and a half cookies and that was enough. Um, so, you know, I don't restrict myself, but I do watch what I eat, um, and try to, you know, make sure I'm getting my protein in especially, um, to stay healthier and keep that going into the winter months when I start doing all that baking and cooking. Amazing, Kathy. Thank you so much.
