Now, how does winter affect your overall health and well-being, and think about your energy levels, motivation, routines, mental health, etc.? Well, I saw that video you just shown, and it certainly showed excess food around the a big table for the holidays and everybody's drinking a glass of wine. And you gotta emphasize the size of how much you eat and don't drink alcohol. And as far as the mental health, it's very important that you have the people that gets SAD, which is seasonal affective disorder, they don't get enough sunlight. You have to get artificial light or you have to enjoy the light that's out there. You have to get as much as you can. And something that I've been getting for quite a while now is a holiday depression syndrome. I don't have a family of my own anymore. My grandmom's gone, my father's gone. I lost one of my brothers and sisters. There's just me and my one brother left. He don't have a family anymore. And I don't have a wife and kids. I got a girlfriend, but you know, mental health is just as important as physical health. Sometimes I think more important, depending on what the problem is. So you have to be very conscious of your mental health. And if you need to go to a doctor to talk about stuff, you know, do it, don't be shy. You know, you gotta get in there and tell them what's going on. And I had problems, I lost my mother. Well, I didn't lose her. She walked out on us when we were kids. My father was in a motorcycle accident, so she decided she didn't wanna spend the rest of her life with a cripple. She just got up and left. So I grew up with a grandmother and my father. then I'd always be having intimacy problems and didn't know how to react to you know a woman because I didn't see my father reacting with my mother so I went to the doctors and doctors finally I found a nurse or a psychologist whatever who told me you know she's just she's just a woman just like anybody else she was you don't put her high on the whole she's just a person doing and what was best for her. So that helps me get out of that problem. But you know, health, I mean, mental health is very important and it's a year round thing, but especially important in the wintertime because you have so many triggers, like I say, the food and the drink and the lack of sun so you can't get outside. So, and you know, you can't get as active outside, you know, inside as you did outside unless you go to a gym and it's a very tough part the ear. I mean, it's hard on people.
