Do you have any personal goals for your own health during the winter? If so, what are they and how do you go about reaching them? Um, my personal goal for this winter just to get, be in less sickness. I don't want to be more sick during the winter. So I try, I'm trying to, it is my plan to be as much careful as I can to avoid all these health conditions because usually the health condition that disrupts our social lives as well you are being invited for a party or you some people gathering and inviting you and due to your health condition you are unable to participate that enhances our down feeling as well. So this is my my primary target to stay healthy. Yeah that's a great answer. Now if you could give someone else some advice about staying healthy in winter what would you tell them? Feel free to draw on your own experiences. I usually share my whatever I do I share with my friends and you know relatives like we should make sure that we have enough supplies like for supplies for kids home supplies food supplies you never know the situation in a winter day and if maybe you are running out of something and you meant to go outside but you cannot then you are stuck. So I ask them to keep enough supplies, check on their medication, especially on the routine medication and the emergency medication. Everyone should keep an eye on them regularly. Look at the expiration dates of their medication. It happened to me once like I was it was a January month and I usually take an injection and I thought I had like four of them for the month so I was happy but all on the side and I figured out hey all these are expiring middle of this month so which was like kind of frustrating but I tried manage it so I would suggest everyone to keep an eye on these key issues for them and for their kids as well.
