So I'll ask you some winter questions. I can predict what some of them are going to be, but I'm going to ask you anyway. How does the winter affect your overall health and well-being? Think energy levels, motivation, routines, mental health, the whole lot. It's more of a downer. It's more for me. Some people love winter, but I don't, because the only time in the winter that I enjoy myself is one of my children is an attorney in Florida, and her birthday is at the end of January. So we generally go down to Florida three weeks in the winter where I get warm. And then I start to count the days the winter's over. When I was a youngster, I didn't mind winter because school would be called off and I could go sled riding. But now that I'm not a youngster anymore and you get snow and you can't go anywhere and your car slides and it's cold outside, I don't enjoy it. Some people do like it, but I am I'm not a winter person. I can't wait till winter's over and spring has sprung. I got you. Okay, next question. What do you find most challenging about looking after your health during the winter? You know, you could talk about cold weather, fewer daylight hours, changes in activity. Well, it's just when the weather gets cold, you're not as prone to do things that you did when the weather was nicer. And for example, if you have to do shopping, when you have to do shopping, you got to put so many layers of clothes on. And if your car doesn't start, or if it's snowing outside, you're stuck. And then you have to get your driveway snow plowed, and then you got to get all the snow off it. So, and I do, I have a rule that if the snow is we don't get that much snow here, very, very little now. But if the snow is four inches and below, I shovel it myself slowly. But again, the same wife that doesn't let me climbing on the roof doesn't let me shoveling snow. So then I'll get somebody that'll plow. But when they plow, they ruin the driveway. So I don't like a plow unless it's more than four inches. But it's just, I wouldn't use the word depression. I would use the word, you don't feel as happy. I don't feel as happy in the winter because it's so cold and windy. So I'm not a winter person. Some people are, but I'm not. I'm getting that, I'm getting that loud and clear. All right, another question. you
