Those knees replaced, so if it's snowy out or slippery in any way, I don't leave the house. And what do you find most challenging about looking after your health during winter? Probably that the ability to get out of the house when the weather is bad. I'm just, I'm scared to death of slipping and falling and, you know, breaking a hip or knee or something. So when the weather's bad, I just stay in. I don't leave the house, which is, I mean, I work from home now, so I don't have to leave the house. And with the magic of the internet, I can do Instacart, and so I don't have to leave the house, although you a little cabin fever after a while in the wintertime. And are there things you feel you manage differently in winter compared to other seasons? Yeah just the getting out of the house if it snows the the shoveling and things that you have to do in the wintertime. You know since I don't have to do those things the rest of the year it makes it a lot easier to just get outside, do whatever I need to do, or just be outside to enjoy being outside. And what helps you to stay well in the winter months? what I eat. I had bariatric surgery in 2018. So, you know, I'm on a bariatric diet. I don't eat out a lot or, you know, I cook most everything from scratch, even my cookies. But watching what I eat, making sure I'm drinking enough fluid, because even in the winter you can still get dehydrated, and I'm trying to stay active in the house when I can't get outside. You know, getting up and moving around, and I wear my Fitbit so it reminds me to get my steps in every hour and doing those kind of things just so I'm not just sitting here all day doing absolutely nothing.
