Winter, affect your overall health and well-being, thinking about energy levels, motivation, routines, mental health, etc.? Well winter for me is the most challenging season of the year because there are just so many activities. Here we have Thanksgiving and then right after that you have Christmas. So those are two big holidays we have here in America that it just brings out a lot of traveling with friends, with family and friends and a lot of eating. So that's the most challenging time of the year. But it's one I enjoy. I enjoy the I actually enjoy the shorter days because, well, in my lifestyle, I normally finish everything I have to do about 5 or 6 o'clock in the day anyway. But it gets dark here around 5, 5 p.m. But that doesn't bother me at all. I guess the biggest challenge is all of the gatherings that we have in the wintertime. people do less exercise in the winter because of the weather, but the winter also slows people down where I live because of the snow and things like that that come. It just slows people down and sometimes that's a good thing because it does give you an opportunity if if you want to concentrate on your health, to look at things you're doing. But the most challenging thing during the winter time are the gatherings of family and friends and eating things that you really shouldn't, but you do it anyhow. So I really keep close tabs on that now that now, um, because I started my, my weight loss last, last year. So I'm not going to backslide on that at all. I'm going to, I want to keep that moving no matter what, what season it is. But, um, I'm not sure what, what, what life bridge could do other than what they're doing now, uh, for people, what I'm, what I've experienced at at least anybody else could get at least what I get, probably more. So I don't know. But the most challenging thing is, is not the slowing down, I actually kind of like that, but the going out and doing things that you wouldn't do, like overeating and so on and so forth, yes. you
