Which women need chemotherapy as part of breast cancer treatment?

All the HER2 positive cancers, all the estrogen negative cancers and all the patients who are well enough who have Axe-Livy involvement will be offered chemo. Because we are now, NHS has provided us, we can use Oncotype DX, which is a genetic assessment for this patient, I will say possibly 25 to 30 percent of our patients are going through CAYD. Thank you.
