I think I would probably go through my journey and I've had to do this because a year after my operation the hospital started a vascular patient interest group of which I was on that and that led me to being on the guideline committees and my wonderful career in AA patient representation. And I got a phone call from the nurse who ran that. She had a person who was worried about the operation and would I talk to him? So he came into the hospital and I went in and we spoke to him. And I just, I went through what I did and then answered his concern. His concerns were basically, would it hurt? Yeah. Would you be able to play golf afterwards, yes, and how long would it take? So I said yeah, it can take about three months and you know you do need somebody to look after you initially and you just take it steady and you'll get stronger and you know if you've all there's always help available through your GP to start off with if there are anything you anything you or your partner or wife as it were in that case we're worried about
