How did you know you had an aortic aneurysm?

Okay, so how did you know that you had an aortic aneurysm? I got invited for screening on the 8th of September 2014, which was the first time I'd heard about it. I went to the screening program and they got very excited because I was the first person they screened who had an aneurysm over 5.5 centimeters. So what they did was they referred me straight away to Leeds General Infirmary and I had appointment the next day and that's when the journey started I suppose.
