What procedures do you perform as a cardiac surgeon?

You're a consultant cardiac surgeon. What sort of procedures do you do? I do a full range of adult cardiac surgery. My areas of interest are coronary artery bypass grafting, aortic valve replacement, and aortovascular surgery. I've come up with with a procedure called TAVI, in which we replace the aortic valve without cutting the chest open. In this procedure, you would normally implant the valve either through an artery in the groin or through an artery in the neck.
