Broadly speaking, the complications that you have after all big operations, so you can have infections, you can have bleeding, very rarely it may require a second operation. The chemotherapy itself does not really add many more complications to the surgery. Sometimes patients have allergies to the chemotherapy, but broadly speaking that's very rare and the patients have usually had that type of chemotherapy already already and it's very unlikely to suffer any complications from the chemotherapy itself.
