It takes a little bit more effort. Sure. Thank you very much. Now do you find that holidays or travel at home or if you're traveling abroad affect how you manage your health and in what ways? Yes, actually it does because I have to, I'm used to a routine at home. So I have learned to keep a very tight calendar. Everything goes in my phone, on my calendar, reminders, everything, I have 50 million of them. Because traveling takes me out of my comfort zone. And on top of everything else with the bipolar and everything else in the PTSD, I also have OCD. So, you know, I have, I have to, for me, things have to be a certain way. And it takes me mentally, it takes me off balance because I'm not in my comfort zone. I'm out of my element. I feel even going to my mother's house in New Jersey, I still felt out of sorts because I was not in my own environment.
