And in your opinion, what kind of support or guidance would be helpful coming from health care professionals to clients, to the community at this time of the year? What more can healthcare professionals do at this time? I guess you know for us as healthcare professionals we can ensure that we've given people as much information as we can to share with people how they can remain as as physically active as possible even through the winter, how to keep those connections going, how to keep that self-care flowing and ensure that people know where they can find information so they can continue to help and support themselves even as we progress towards the winter. Because obviously if people are going to again find themselves more home-based over the winter they need to make sure they've got that information around them so they can continue to keep their health and their well-being as optimal as possible. And if you were to give someone words of motivation to prioritise their health in the autumn months, what advice would you give? I think again it's for people to think what are their needs, what do they enjoy doing, going to help them to make that time for themselves as we prepare into the autumn to the winter. You know make sure that people are checking in on themselves and making sure that they're taking a bit of time for each day to see if there are things that they can do that can help them to feel better either physically or mentally as we move into the winter.
