How do you usually feel about the summer season? Does it inspire, challenge, or change your approach to your health? When I'm asking this, I'm thinking about routine, energy levels, or well-being. I have a much easier time in spring and summer and early fall. I tend to get very low energy during the winter months, probably borderline seasonal adjustment disorder. So it's very hard for me to motivate during the winter. It's much easier. I'm up earlier during the summer, you know, when the sun comes up, I tend to have more energy during the day. And that makes it easier to do things like go for walks, go to the gym, things like that because I have the energy to even start doing it as opposed to feeling depressed or down, low energy during the winter. So spring and summer are not challenging in that way. Sure. And do you find that holidays or travel affect how you manage your health? And if they do, in what ways? Winter holidays, yes. Because in the US we have Thanksgiving and then there's Christmas and there's people wanting to get together at Christmas and then in my family we have a bunch of birthdays at the same time, so there's always too much food, not necessarily healthy food, lots of treats, lots of cakes, you know, things like that, whereas in the summer in my life, there's way less of that. So I have a lot more control over what I'm eating because I'm not going with family and everybody's bringing way too much food. things like like 4th of July, those kind of you know U.S. summer holidays are not that kind of challenge. The winter Christian holidays definitely are more like that. Sure. Thank you very much. Thank you. It's very very helpful.
