How do you feel about summer? Does it inspire you? Does it challenge you? Does it change your approach to health? Think about routine, energy levels or well-being. Oh, it inspires me. I love summer. When I was a kid growing up, we lived on a lake. And so I spent most of my days outside, you know, on the lake, you know, water skiing, swimming stuff like that so I look forward to some of that because it reminds me of that of that really great period of time in my life which is a long time ago now but and I do like the warm I don't like being cold at all and I do like the longer life I like that as well I wish there was something we could do about that but there isn't anything the sun is the sun, the earth is the earth, and you have what you have. You know, worry about the things you can do something about, not the things that are totally beyond your control.
