Let's hear your perspective. How do you usually feel about the summer season? Does it inspire, challenge or change your approach to health? What I'm asking this question is, I'm thinking about routine energy levels or well-being? Yeah so I think personally I very much come alive during summer. I think I was born to thrive during summer. I know that can be the complete opposite for some people. I think some people really struggle with the heat and that kind of things but for me yeah summer is the time that I feel most energised. It's the closest I become to a morning person all year. I really enjoy actually getting up early during summer and you know that kind of really cool crisp summer morning at kind of like six o'clock in the morning. During winter you will never see me awake before eight o'clock in the morning so I think I've become just a lighter version of myself during summer. I think all those things that I really intend to do during winter it just kind of comes a bit more naturally to me during summer. I think I just feel more energised, I am more excited to get out and about, you know, you've got summer holidays and I just think I very much view summer as a like quite a stress-free time for myself. I think maybe we're a bit better at scheduling in time for decompression during summer, you know, like we book our hot holiday during summer and you lay on a beach and you actually relax, whereas no one's really doing that in January and February, so I think for me I very much associate those months with kind of a feeling of like carefree decompression, you know. It's weird because I think I really have to be a bit more strict and scheduled with myself during the winter months to actually kind of stay on track with my health and well-being and I feel like I have to be much more in tune with myself, whereas I think during summer because those things come quite naturally I don't feel like I really need to have like a rigid structure or kind of those real protective behaviours because I think I'll just naturally meet up with friends for dog walks, you know, you're out on longer dog walks, you start chatting to people, you know, they are like the most social thing, you know, if you're walking a dog it's kind of like you've immediately got something in common with someone so you end up chatting. You know, around where I live in the parks there's a lot of kind of free exercise groups in the evenings after work because you can do that at like seven o'clock at night when it's still really sunny. I know in those video clips it said about kind of like sugary snacks and things like that that can kind of make you steer off track, but I think for me that's much more of an issue around kind of like those Christmas festivities, you know, where you've got a huge amount of alcohol, a huge amount of food consumption. I think for me that's trickier to navigate than summer because I feel like if I I was going to a picnic in summer, I'd probably bring a salad and fruit, you know, there's those kind of like lighter, fresh fruit is so incredible in England over summer and it's so much more affordable. So I think eating healthier is more of a joy in summer because you've got all this choice and it's so much more affordable and yeah, that's how I...
