Thank you very much. Okay, Steve, how do you usually feel about the summer season? Does it inspire, challenge or change your approach to your health? What I have in mind is routine energy levels or well-being. Okay, so energy levels and well-being, I'm finding this summer, and it does happen, it happened in the past. I wake up earlier in the morning, but I think I wake up with the sun, you know, I tend to, you know, last week I was awake at half four, five o'clock, which is not great for me. And so very tired by the end of the day. So maybe a walk was the best I could do. So I just find the last recent years waking up earlier when the sun comes up. Yeah, so, and therefore more tired in the evening. So I think it is. Yeah, I think I have less energy now than I did when April, May, post clocks going forward, March, April, May. Now it feels like I'm tired because I'm not sleeping as well. I'm waking up earlier. And so for winter's fine for sleeping, just feels like something in me wakes up earlier during summer mornings. Sure. And do you find that holidays or travel home or abroad affect how you manage your health? And in what ways? Well, I think it's important to have a holiday booked over winter, you know, get something booked in the diary, so that you've got something to look forward to in summer. Yeah, so that's, it's nice to have that to look forward to, to go away somewhere for a week. So yeah, it's nice to have that in the back of my mind. Sure. And yeah, at the start of our conversation in this section, you touched on it, but I'm going to ask on that question that longer days and shorter nights can disrupt routines. Have you noticed any changes in your sleep or energy levels? And how do you cope with that? Yeah. Coping okay with waking up earlier. Yeah, just need to be wary of my energy levels throughout the day and be a bit more gracious to myself and not push myself, but also not slump after work either, not sit on the sofa and think I'm going to sleep and I'm not going to try and get out to get some energy going to wake up a bit so that I then go to sleep, fall off to sleep easier when it comes to bedtime. So yeah, try and manage it as best as I can. you
