I've got them on my phone now, so I don't have to squint past the screen. Talking about summer, how do you usually feel about summer? Does it inspire you? Does it challenge you? Does it change your approach to health? I'm thinking about things like routine, energy levels or wellbeing. I definitely feel more energetic in summer because I'm much better in warmer weather. So I do still try to stick to routine, but actually I probably socialise a lot more in summer and I'm a lot spontaneous with plans. If it's a really sunny day, I'll then go see friends after work rather than going to the gym. So I think you can fall off the wagon lot easier when there's other things going on that you'd prefer to do. But I do, I much prefer summer. I feel healthier in summer. I feel happier with the sun, which always makes me feel more motivated, I guess, to live a healthier lifestyle. Oh you're on mute. All right next question, I've lost my questions, hang on here, there they are. Do you find that holidays or travel, either at home or abroad, affect how you manage your health in summer and in what way? Yeah I would say so, so I'll before holiday I guess I try to get all my ducks in a row and be healthy and you know feel good. I'm about to go on holiday so I'll do exercise etc but then as soon as I'm on holiday I'll drink alcohol, I'll eat whatever I want, I'll probably not sleep that well because you're in a different place. So then when I get back, I always feel a bit sluggish and unhealthy. So it's almost like a, yeah, I don't know, gone holiday. Obviously, it's lovely, but yeah, you get back and feel a bit unhealthy. So it does. And then by that point, you're out of the routine. So then you just kind of continue in holiday mode for a bit, probably.
