Now, another question is, have you discovered any strategies that help you stay on track with your health in summer? I mean, what works for you? Is there anything you'd recommend to others? Like I said, you just have to prioritize. You have to be fully conscious of what your goals are. And even though in a lot of instances it might be hard to stick to them, you just have to prioritize and decide for yourself um you know i'm just going to do the right thing for my mind and my body yeah of course okay and the last question for summer is um well there's a couple actually um how do you stay supported or connected with with your community all your care providers during the summer months what role do they play you know community and care providers as far as the community goes um i think it's it's for me the seasons don't have anything to do with how connected i am to to the community or my support group. Maybe in winter I might need more of a push than I do in spring and summer, but generally I am in touch with community and family support just as much as I am in summer as any other season yep that's great answer and the last question is what would a healthy summer look like for you personally what are you hoping to achieve or maintain this season this summer season um for myself i'm i'm trying to achieve a weight loss goal and i am sure that that. The season will help me with that. That's my biggest goal. I need to take off some of the weight I've gained during the fall and winter. If I was to tell anybody, you know how to do that you have to like increase your activities and like I said you know getting more of fruits and vegetables than bad things carbs bad things, sweets, getting more healthier foods in your system. That's a great answer. All right, that's the end of summer for us.
